Michael Borowick, National Convenor, AILD

Michael is a Life Member of the Australian Labor Party (ALP). A committed unionist, Michael was a full-time union official for twenty-eight years. He served as an Assistant Secretary of the Australian Council of Trade Unions, Australia’s peak union council between November 2010 and November 2018.

Michael has led several missions of Australian trade union leaders to the Middle East to meet with Palestinian and Israeli counterparts.

Adam Slonim, National Convenor, AILD

Adam Slonim is a Director and active participant in a number of Australian companies involved in Corporate Strategy, Emotional Intelligence, Leadership & Sales Capability Development, gamified learning simulations and artificial intelligence.. He has also participated on Trade Missions to Israel.

Adam has also worked on the Board of a number of local Not-For- Profit organisations. Adam continues his family’s long association with the ALP, and is a life-long member of the Party.
